eSlim Overflow
Overflow fillers for thin liquids
Overflow (level-fill) machines keep a consistent fill height in transparent bottles. The Bogotá catalog covers beverages, oils, liquors and chemicals. Frames and tanks are 304 stainless. Pumps can be centrifugal, pneumatic or gravity. Conveyors use acetal chain, 110 V or 220 V, with plant air typically 7–9 cfm.

eSlim Volumétrica
Volumetric fillers for viscous products
Vertical volumetric machines dose a set volume — useful for liquids, semi-viscous, viscous and paste products in food, chemical and cosmetic plants. The standard 1-nozzle unit uses a ~22 L 304 tank (gauge 14), 110 V, and plant air around 100 PSI. Cylinder ranges typically cover 10–100 ml, 50–500 ml, 100–1,000 ml and ¼ gal–1 gal.

Kombi Makina
Turnkey beverage filling lines
Kombi filling machines rinse, fill and cap PET, HDPE or glass. Electronic flowmeters give volumetric control; gravity fillers handle other bottle formats. Cappers cover chuck, snap and spindle closures. A complete line can add PET blow molding, water treatment, blending, deaeration, pasteurizing, hot-fill and cooling (juice), labeling, date coding, shrink or carton packing and palletizing.
